Here are my photos of beautiful Bayeux and Normandy in France. The medieval town of Bayeux in Normandy was spared from bombing during the Second World War and is home to the famous Bayeux Tapestry and Bayeux Cathedral. It also contains the very interesting Battle of Normandy Museum. Bayeux was the first town to be liberated in France, by units of the British Army.
