I visited Ypres and the Battlefields in Belgium when the weather was glorious in August 2022. I also visited Bruges, so please view my Bruges Gallery. Once a medieval trading centre, Ypres is a city with a long and rich history. Ypres was largely reduced to rubble in the First World War.
